Over the last decade, Al Hassanain Company has been actively involved in the development of its own real estate holdings. The Companies real estate portfolio includes numerous multi-story buildings and luxury villas which are made available to the public for rent and long-term lease. The Company’s real estate operations are flourishing and each year the Company acquires and develops additional lands and constructs a minimum of two multi-story buildings per year.
