Municipal Infrastructure

The pioneering role played by Al Hassanain Company in the field of infrastructure construction covers a period of over 30 years during which the company has developed and utilized its expertise to open and construct new roads, lay underground utilities, construct major pumping stations and electrical sub-stations. The Company has achieved its strategic goal to become a highly competitive participant in the increasingly quality driven construction field.

Every year, the Company wins several contracts for construction and maintenance of roads from the Roads Directorate, Ministry of Works & Housing. In addition,
Al Hassanain Company undertakes complicated projects that include the construction of sewerage systems for both the private and public sectors. The
Management’s keen interest in completing projects on-time while maintaining a strict adherence to the production of quality works are two of the main reasons that
Al Hassanain Company is classified as a Grade A contractor in various Government Ministries as well as with the Bahrain Petroleum Co. (BAPCO), Bahrain Aluminium (ALBA) and many international private sector companies.

Transportation

• Movement of construction materials for the construction of the King Fahad Causeway
  Heavy Civil Works
• Participation in the construction of the 4th and 5th pot lines for Aluminum Bahrain (ALBA)
• Excavation and Filling of a large area for the Bahrain City Centre Project. This is one of the most prestigious projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain (Private Client).
• Dewatering of a 10 hectare site for the Bahrain City Centre project
• Land Reclamation programmes for private clients in the Seef development area.
• Land Reclamation, Dredging and Revetments within the Bahrain Bay development
